Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

United States
Standard tracked shipping: $6.99
Free tracked shipping on orders over $40
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Tracking Every Order
Every Tinniva order includes tracking. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package from shipment to delivery.

Delivery Estimates
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout, though occasional carrier, weather, holiday, or customs delays may occur.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at support@tinniva.com. We’ll help investigate the shipment and work with you toward a resolution.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@tinniva.com with your order number and photos of the package/product so our team can help.
